TRIAL CLASS
12 WEEK MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Student's find ClassUp online through their own online research, referrals from other students, and from our digital marketing. When they go to our website they are able to sign up for a trial class. They will first connect with one of our Educational Consultants who will speak with them about their student's educational goals and current gaps. They will help to schedule the student for a trial class based on the student's subject, grade, and any special needs requirements.
Every student at ClassUp will complete a trial class to decide if ClassUp and their assigned teacher are a good fit for them. Some students are deciding between multiple tutoring providers, while others are deciding if they need tutoring at all. The trial class is the most important step in starting a student's long term academic journey with ClassUp. If they join ClassUp after their trial lesson then they will purchase a minimum 12 week membership with us. We do not offer shorter packages or drop in style tutoring.
